Milner Collections Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Milner Collections. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it meets the conditions below:
 • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
 • Items must be returned with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
 • Custom, personalised, or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.


Refunds


Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
 • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
 • We do not refund original shipping costs, unless the item was faulty or sent in error.


Exchanges


We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
