Art Deco 9ct Gold Demantoid Garnet and Diamond Drop Pendant
A delicate antique 9ct yellow gold drop pendant dating to the late Edwardian to early Art Deco period, circa 1910–1920. The slender linear bar is set with an old-cut diamond and suspends a vivid green demantoid garnet in an open claw setting.
The refined proportions reflect the understated elegance of this transitional period. The diamond brings a subtle antique sparkle, while the richly coloured garnet contrasts beautifully with the warm yellow gold. Lightweight and finely proportioned, the pendant can be worn alone on a chain or layered with other necklaces.
