Art Nouveau 9ct Yellow Gold Aquamarine Openwork Pendant

| /

A refined and beautifully balanced Edwardian pendant crafted in 9ct yellow gold. This piece exemplifies early 20th-century British jewellery design, showcasing both the delicate elegance of the Edwardian era and the organic fluidity of the Art Nouveau movement.

At the centre sits a rare hexagon-cut natural aquamarine, bezel set to enhance its soft sky-blue hue and geometric precision. The aquamarine is framed within an openwork structure of sinuous gold scrolls and stylised leaf motifs, echoing the flowing, asymmetrical lines typical of Art Nouveau. Three polished gold spheres radiate from the central setting, adding architectural symmetry, while a suspended teardrop-shaped gold drop lends graceful movement to the pendant.
